RACO developed the online Preventive Maintenance Status Look-Up to help you determine if your RACO autodialer is ready for service.

Simply go to the maintenance inquiry page on RACO’s website and fill in the form with your autodialer’s model and serial number. The program will let you know if the autodialer needs maintenance, which you can order online with the Preventative Maintenance Form. If it is not time for service, RACO will send you an e-mail when your maintenance due date is coming up.
