RACO’s Guard-It is a low-cost autodialer with flexible features for dependable alarm and remote monitoring. Users can configure four universal input channels for analog or digital signals, which are field-programmable at the system’s control panel. Upon alarm detection, the system calls a list of up to eight phone numbers. Respondents are given the station’s identity and specific alarm condition by a prerecorded voice message. RACO’s Support Center is now available through your iPhone, iPad or Android for easy and convenient onsite access. Now, workers can browse content while in the field and get answers to more than 500 frequently asked questions. Simply type in www.racomobilesupport.com for access. Have a question about a RACO product? The RACO Support Center can help you out. Here’s how to use it: Search for answers to frequently asked questions using the “Support Center-Answers” tab. Either select a product from the dropdown menu or enter keywords in the search box to get a list of answers about that topic. Set up a user profile by clicking on the “My Page” or “Ask a Question” tab and filling in the form. A user profile allows you to use the “Ask a Question” function at any time.
